Required Forms for Attendance

For us to comply with California State Licensing requirements, all children enrolled in Learning Pathways must have the following forms on file with us:
• Signed Application
• Signed Parent Admission Agreement
• Identification and Emergency Information – Note: Your child will not be released to anyone who is not authorized by you to pick him/her up. Anyone bringing your child to school or picking up your child must be at least 18 years of age.
• Consent for Emergency Medical Treatment
• Child’s Preadmission Health History
• Physician’s Report
• Immunization Record
• Notification of Parent's Rights
• Personal Rights
• Signed Enrollment Contract (required by Learning Pathways)

Toilet Training Requirement

This is our current potty training policy for the 2026-2027 school year. We ask that before attending Learning Pathways, your child should, at a minimum, be introduced to the toilet, understand the basics of how to wipe, and be able to communicate with teachers when they need to use the bathroom. Pull-ups are permitted during nap time; however, children must arrive at school wearing underwear. Our staff is happy to support your child’s potty-training journey while they attend school in underwear. We understand that accidents are a natural part of learning, and we take a proactive, supportive approach to help children become fully potty trained throughout the school year. Additional fees will apply. Please Note: Beginning August 2027 we will be enrolling students at 2 years of age with full potty training support classroom.

Priority Enrollment

begins for our currently enrolled students on February 1 each year. Existing clients will be asked to complete, sign, and submit a “Letter of Intent” form, along with a non-refundable $1000 advance tuition payment, no later than February 29. Your $1000 advance tuition payment will be applied to your August statement.

Open Enrollment

begins for new applicants on March 1. Applicants from our wait list will be considered first come first served. For new clients, an “Enrollment Contract” and a non-refundable $1000 advance tuition payment must be submitted no later than two (2) weeks after the offer of acceptance. The $1000 advance tuition payment will be applied to your August statement, unless otherwise agreed.

Future Enrollment of Siblings

If you plan to enroll your child’s younger siblings at a future date, we strongly recommend you submit a completed Enrollment Application for each of your younger children as soon as possible. Our youngest classrooms have an extensive wait list, and an Enrollment Application on file will better insure that your children will have a spot when they are ready to start school. As a current client, you receive top enrollment priority, but we do ask that Enrollment Applications be submitted at least one year in advance of the desired start date. Applications can be submitted in person or online through our website. Current clients are not required to pay the $50 application fee.
