Miss Latrece was born and raised in Sausalito, where she worked at her family owned day care center. After high school, Latrece went on to further her education at Paine College in Augusta, Georgia. There, she received her BS in Sociology-Criminology. After receiving her degree, Miss Latrece moved back to California with her husband. Upon returning to California, she attended Cerro Coso Community College, earning her required Early Childhood education units.

Miss Latrece’s passion of working with children started at a young age. Her first job, working as a camp counselor for a youth summer program, continued for many years.

Miss Latrece has also worked in a variety of preschools for over ten years. Miss Latrece and her husband are the loving parents of two bright and beautiful daughters.
