Miss Destiny is a positive-thinking, passionate professional. She started in the childcare field in 2008, beginning as a substitute teacher. Destiny eventually worked her way up to become a lead teacher through hard work, passion and dedication. Miss Destiny has a BA in Liberal Studies and continues to further her education by taking additional classes, workshops and trainings.
Childcare has always been a major part of Miss Destiny’s life. From a young age, she knew she wanted to be a teacher because of the great teachers that influenced her throughout her own time in school.
Miss Destiny enjoys photography, anything Disney and socializing with her friends and family. She is also a committed volunteer for programs that assist low-income children, such as “The Princess Project” and “Shoe Box for the Shoeless”.
"We as early childhood educators have a huge responsibility to set the foundation for our children. We help them develop in many areas and encourage them to see that learning can and should be fun! These are skills they will use for the rest of their lives!"
