Miss Alyssa R. (stepsister to our other Miss Alyssa) is a passionate teacher with experience developing and implementing diverse curriculums covering a wide range of subjects.  She is highly skilled at motivating students through positive encouragement and reinforcement of concepts through interactive classroom instruction and observations.  Alyssa takes immense pleasure helping her students develop strong literacy, numeracy, social, and learning skills.
 
Miss Alyssa knew she wanted to be a teacher as far back as she can remember.  As a young girl, she loved playing “Teacher” with her young cousins, giving them homework and grading their papers.
 
Alyssa likes hiking, swimming, and playing softball.  She is a great addition to the staff at Learning Pathways.
